Just west of the lights and action of Times Square in New York City, the Microsoft Technology Center is home to nearly 1,000 employees and receives over 63,000 customers and guests a year. The center houses an array of customer friendly spaces including an envisioning center, an interactive center, a customer terrace, and a showcase of services and devices. Three of its floors are dedicated to the Customer Briefing Center, which hosts brand evangelists, events, and customer support. By stepping outside our offices, visitors can explore the culture of Manhattan and its surrounding boroughs through myriad public spaces, dining establishments and endless entertainment options.
